Summer to the Max!
Hey Parents, this Sunday is Summer to the Max!!! It is going to be a great service where we will tackle many of the potential issues that Summer brings. With each issue, we will give a verse that your child can turn to in order to help them overcome the problem. Below are all the verses that can help your entire family to have an amazing Summer.
As a Friend:
Philippians 2:4 - “None of you should look out just for your own good. Each of you should also look out for the good of others.”
As a Sister/Brother:
1 Peter 4:8 - “Most of all, love one another deeply. Love erases many sins by forgiving them.”
As a Daughter/Son:
James 1:19 - “Everyone should be quick to listen. But they should be slow to speak. They should be slow to get angry.”
When You're Bored:
Philippians 4:11 - “I’m not saying this because I need anything. I have learned to be content no matter what happens to me.”
When You're Worried:
Psalm 56:3 - “When I’m afraid, I put my trust in you.”
Print these out and post them around your home! That way they can serve as a constant reminder to your entire family! Have a great Summer!
